During the Season of Epiphany we will join the Presiding Bishop and wider Church in reading St. Paul's Letter to the Romans, starting on Monday, January 7th, with Romans 1:1-7, followed by Romans 1:8-17 for Tuesday, January 8th, and Romans 1:18-32 for Wednesday, January 9th. We'll meet each Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. for a bring-your-own brown bag lunch and discussion.
The Holy Grill will be a food vendor again at the Florida Keys Celtic Fest. Interested in volunteering? Speak with Bob Reid.

Mark your calendars now and plan to attend the Annual Parish Meeting where we will elect new members of Vestry - your servant leaders, present the parish awards, summarize the state of the parish, and talk about service times, among other subjects.
There will be special service times for Sunday, January 27th. Morning Prayer will be offered at 8:00 a.m. and there will be a celebration of the Eucharist at 9:30 a.m. The annual meeting will start at roughly 10:45 a.m.
For the 3rd consecutive year we want to help under-privileged children through the Deerfield Beach Housing Authority. We want to donate 63 backpacks with supplies at a cost of $23 per pack. Please make checks payable to St. Nicholas, indicating "Backpacks" on the memo line.
Everyone deserves a vacation break. As some of the Holy Grill volunteers take a break, we could use volunteers who are willing to give of their time to provide vacation relief. Please see Bob Ried, our Program Ministry Director.
Some parishioners could use assistance in preparing meals, walking, light housework, etc. If you can recommend a trusted and reliable individual, please speak with Fr. Mark Andrew.
